Served Meals

For many weddings and more formal occasions a sit down meal is usually the most appropriate format. We are able to offer a large variety of set menus but usually clients prefer to create their own special menu to incorporate favourite foods and to reflect their personal tastes in food. Whether your choice is Beef Wellington and Crème Brulee or local sausages with mash and a blackberry and apple crumble to follow, we are pleased to plan a menu to suit you.

To give variety to our menus we are able to vary the format to suit each individual client. A shared starter starts the socialising at the table, and if the main course involves dishes of vegetables on the table rather than a plated option the same applies. Sometimes one course is served at the table by one of the guests to add a more informal feel to the serving so whatever your choice we are able to accommodate you.

Over the years we have created a wide range of imaginative and unusual vegetarian dishes and catered for many vegetarian weddings and events. We also provide special meals with appropriate touches for the younger guests with our special children’s ideas. Special dietary requirements are also catered for, but only if we are given prior notice before your event.

Our front of house staff will work in an efficient but unobtrusive way throughout to ensure that your meal runs smoothly from start to finish.

That catering on such a large scale could be so delicious and all produced from a pretty small kitchen. You and all your staff worked wonders. Please thank them for us. They were all delightful to have around and extremely efficient.
