A served meal is often the highlight of your wedding reception or it may be a dinner party with friends at home or in a holiday house. Traditionally it is usually three courses, however to give variety we are able to vary the format to suit individual clients. You may prefer shared starter platters as an informal start to the meal and to get everyone talking. The main course may be beautifully plated as a complete dish, or you may prefer dishes of vegetables on the tables for self service. A main course or dessert served by one of the guests to the table, gives informality.
We have a huge variety of menus which we offer to you and which can be mixed and matched to give you exactly what you require. Alternatively clients may prefer to create their own bespoke menu to incorporate their favourite foods. Whatever your choice from local butchers sausages with mash to Cornish seabass or Fillet of beef, we give every client our maximum time and effort to ensure that the end result is beautifully presented, stunning in appearance and fabulous in flavour.
