Welcome to Truffles - a professional catering company based in Cornwall

 One of life’s great pleasures is the enjoyment of good food and here at Truffles good food is our passion. Since the business was established by Jenny Taylor in 1985 it has built up an excellent reputation for its highly professional and top quality food and service.

Over the years we have catered for many prestigious local events including lunch for a Prime Minister, three Royal visits, sailing events and several of our weddings have featured in Country Living, the Mail on Sunday magazine and Brides in Cornwall.

While we regularly cater for drinks receptions, business lunches, hot and cold finger and fork buffets, sit down meals and barbecues we also arrange hire of all tableware and equipment and supply of staff for our events. Here at Truffles we enjoy a challenge and are always open to something a little unique. Living by the sea, one such challenge is working on boats and we have considerable experience preparing food for yacht charter work, organizing parties and weddings on the river boats in and around Falmouth and on spectacular Tall Ships.

Here on our doorstep we have a wealth of wonderful suppliers producing an amazing array of produce. Many of our suppliers are very close by, therefore reducing food miles and supporting local businesses. From locally reared meats, fresh fish and seafood caught daily, distinctive cheeses and delicious smoked foods, award winning local wines and drinks and freshly baked breads plus wonderful ice creams, Cornish clotted cream and chocolates. With such fantastic ingredients we cannot cease to be inspired to create really unique and fabulous dishes, and can usually find some unusual little touches to surprise even the most sophisticated of guests.

Whatever the occasion we are here to listen, advise and guide you to ensure that the end result is perfect - fabulous in appearance, delicious in taste with happy, content and satisfied clients and guests.
